Astier de Villatte x John Derian Desk, Setsuko Box with Roses

This assortment of pin dishes and trinket boxes are made by one of a few studios in central Paris still actively producing ceramic tableware using traditional 18th century methods. These designs are inspired from eclectic antiques collected by company owners Benoit Astier de Villatte and Ivan Pericoli from flea markets and charity shops to give the pieces their signature wonky whimsical style - always featuring their signature milky white glaze over black terracotta.
