At Choosing Keeping, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our stationery and home goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective wrap and include the original packing slip to ensure the product arrives in resaleable condition.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our London returns address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
